House Rules
Have FUN! But…
- No pets of any kind are allowed. We do not have natural grass and cannot accommodate animals. ($200 per day fee if violated).
- No smoking of any kind on property. ($200 per day fee for violation)
- Do not burn candles anywhere (inside or outside) on property.
- No parties or events. Additional guests on property without the knowledge/consent of host may result in additional guest charges of $100 USD per person, per day, or immediate cancellation of reservation.
- No parking in the street. Neighbors will have your vehicle towed. There should be more than enough room on our driveway.
- Quiet hours are from 8pm to 10am. Please be respectful of the homes around you.
- Keep all heat sources away from artificial grass or putting green.
- Grill is to be used only on pavers.
- Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilets.
- Do not put grease down the kitchen drain.
- Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges.
- Do not walk on the roof or go outside railing on second story deck.
- No illegal activities of any kind.
- Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. They attract bugs and cost our cleaning crew extra time which may result in additional cleaning fees. Please rinse/put in dishwasher (do not turn on).
- Messes beyond what a reasonable, courteous guest would leave behind takes our cleaning crew more time and may result in extra cleaning fees of $100 USD.
- Please log out of your Smart TV accounts (Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, etc). We cannot be responsible for charges on your account made by another guest.
- There are two security cameras on property (outside only). A ring doorbell in the front and a ring camera in the back mounted to the fence. Cameras are there for your security and ours. Do not block or cover at any time.
- Check-out is at 10am and check-in is at 4pm. Late check-out, without approval from host, will result in a $100 USD late check-out fee.
- No third-party bookings. Person booking is a required guest.
- Host must be notified immediately if something is malfunctioning or broken so it can be rectified.
A violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund!
